“Euthanasia” translates literally to “good death,” and as a doula I aim to provide a compassionate experience for both you and your companion animal when it is their time to pass. When attending and supporting a euthanasia, I can guide or assist you in preparing the space so that it feels comfortable for both you and your animal. I can bear witness to and honor the very special bond between you and your animal. And I can offer emotional support, holding space for your grief.
Some animal guardians do not feel comfortable being present themselves at the euthanasia procedure, but would still like a caring support person to be present for their animal as they pass. I can attend and support you and your animal in this way as well.
Euthanasia Attendance & Support (up to 2 hours): $175 USD
